Got the oreo cheesecake. Rich and full of flavor, also decorated beautifully. Couldn't have asked for any better!

He's a great guy and the cheesecakes are delish! He's a local business man, that has worked hard to get his business going. I don't know him personally, but from his videos he looks like a great Husband and Dad!

I had been sick for a while and sweets were not in my limited diet. I decided yesterday to finally get something that tastes good for a change. I really wanted chocolate covered strawberry, but it was sold out. I went with the strawberry shortcake and oh my it was delicious! If you haven't tried Uncle Cheesecake, go there! Oh and the staff is wonderful too!

BEST cheesecake I've ever had! I didn't know I loved cheesecake until I had Uncle Cheesecake's strawberry cheesecake. Sooooooo good. Do yourself a favor and get some Uncle Cheesecake.
